Will not move from Music on the screen whatever I press. Some prerecorded music playing.
Does not show on Media Player either.

What comes up on your computer/laptop screen when you connect your Sansa Clip+?

Sorry, which version do you have, is it just the Clip or Clip+?
  • You don't need to connect the unit to the computer to find the radio. Just use the screen on the unit. Press ''home'' then scroll down 2 stops past ''music'' to ''FM Radio''.

Sansa Clip+ Connect to Computer Open My Computer Double click on the Sansa Clip and then click on Internal Memory.
Cannot do this as message says that the device has malfunctioned.
  • Hi,

have a look here, might help.
  • Paid a Computer man to go through the instructions on the site you recommended He tried everything without success.
He took the MP3 home and says a message appeared on his Windows 7 saying "Windows will not install this device due to reported problems" What can I do? I bought this from Amazon through a third party.
