SanDisk sansa clip!!!!

I have just received the above as recommended on the Forum as my Archos MP3 plus FM radio failed and so did the replacement.
I cannot see any mention of the Radio!
Have I been sent the wrong one?

the sansa clip does have a radio.
Switch on, press home button then scroll down. should be Music - FM Radio - Voice - Settings

I am charging at the moment but there was no mention in instructions unless I've missed it!

Connected to Computer but message says device has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it. Have tried several times!

Restart the computer and try again.

Syman is right about finding the radio. I have one of these it's ideal for the gym.

Hi,

have a look in Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Portable Devices, you might find it there.

System and Device Manager but could not find Portable Devices.
I use Firefox if that makes a difference. Sorry not very technical!!

I'm on Vista, and have the clip connected just now and that's where I found it.

Plug something else in to see if the computer finds that. Sometimes the computer can have a blip so turn it off and back on then try again.

I dont think I have anything to plug in. My Daughter used her IPod last week when home from Uni with no problems.
