vodafone internet has been hacked

i have an mobile internet dongle (vodafone) and vodafone text me saying something is happening on your account.. i checked my account online and my dongle is being used by someone, hacking into it. as i have not been using my dongle at these times as i only use it at work... and alot of the times i wasn't at work..at them times. i phone vodafone and they will not cancel my acc. they said i need to go on vodafone site and email them. but i went to go on the site and vodafone is down... my bill is over by £125 and it will go up more as i cannot email them,. if i email them, they also won't look at the email for another 48 hours, in that time
they could hack into my dongle. i'm really worried. vodafone are not being helpful. they said to take my dongle to the vodafone shop, but i can't get out of work today..

...........unplug the dongle from your laptop?PC/Netbook???Then no-one can use it.0
