My husband is looking for a short term loan

I will have no credit score, as i have no credit and pay everything in cash..i.e. car insurance ect ect but i am sure i could get a loan if i wanted due to the figures i could show..no harm in trying..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
You met when he was in the forces and he has his salary paid into your bank account. So, before he met you, presumably he had a bank account? It seems a little strange what you're saying.
Why can't you get the overdraft then, if you have both his and your own salaries going into your bank account? You must have a decent wage going in.
Or, is this going to lead up to a question like 'I've heard about this pay day loan company who will loan to you even without a credit history and bank account, are they any good?'? Or perhaps we'll hear from another newbie who might suggest a company?0 -

Now hold that thought, 1 might be along soon0 -
I am not too sure what the last two replies mean,a little cryptic!
I cant get a loan because my ex husband left me with masses of debt, they are now almost cleared but it has taken a long time.
He did have a bank account when in the forces yes,but it was wth B&B and when they cosed he simply didnt bother,I do all the finances,al bills so he doesnt need to bother, and he hates the whole bankng ethos.
The money is to pay something urgently, after I became ill and cant work,we fell behind on our house payments, the reason we took the pension to start with.0 -

I may be missing something here but your reply seems rather rude?0 -
It is not rude IMO what is very fishy though is his wages going through your own account.
For this reason - he will not get a short term loan.
You will also need to sort out an account for him as any cheque payable to him will not be accepted into your account - banks will also check CHAPS payments. His pension lump sum needs to go into an account in his name or a joint account.0 -

Maybe I am totally missing something here, that there is some code I dont know.
Nothing fishy at all and I am outraged that you sould even make such remarks,a very welcoming place.
For your information the pension can go into any account we select, that as already been checked,he also works for one of the UKs largest employers who have no issue with it either, and havent for the past 5 years.0
