Left O2 to move to Orange LLU July last year promised LLU was available at my exchange i then noticed someone on here Orange where stopping LLU,rang Orange back and cancelled,called o2 told them i was staying with them.About a week goes by landline disconnected 2 days later broadband disconnected.Rang O2 to be told Orange had taken over my line.Rang Orange asked them what had happened to be told cancellation had not gone thro correctly and my phone number had gone into a Deadpool.I rang O2 they told me it would be between 7-10 days to get me up and running again,and they could not Guarantee my number would be returned.Next stop could Orange get my number back,yes they could it would take 24 hours but i would have to signup again.Orange told me it would be around 6 months for WBC to arrive at my exchange,they offered 6 months free whist this happened.Since i signed up speeds are terrible on a evening,streaming is out of the question.I have since learned WBC is available at my exchange from August but Orange insist on renewing the contract to move you over(around £6 dearer).On this news i have asked for MAC code to be told i owe £100 termination fee they will not remove this.Anyone any advise what steps to take please.
