After speaking to MF yesterday and complaining how I thought they were un-reasonable reshopping a visit I had completed. They have now accepted the visit and added points to my account without any minuses due to proof reading. However, there isn't any payments pending. Would this be due the payment not falling in the next two pay rolls?

A job has finally come up on GFK and it looks like a right pain in backside.
The briefing is 14 pages long and isn't all that clear. Is it always like that? It is for a well know phone sales shop.

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Yes the briefing is quite long for that one and the report is quite long too, but the fee is fair, so I would recommend doing the GFK phone shops.

I totally agree. I also find alot of GFK questionnaires are yes or no questions or only need a sentence.

Re: TERN contact lenses, has anyone ever done one of these? I did one, and never again. I had this obviously very nervous clumsy assistant trying to put it in (contact lens that is!) and I thought my eye was a gonner!!! The money is good, but no thank you to the pain.:eek::eek:

I do the specs ones as its a reasonable fee and not too long, but there is no way I'd let someone taking an exam put a lens in my eye. Apart from how tricky it is anyway, they are more nervous cos they're being tested doing it.

I've done quite a few of the contact lens ones - I don't mind having them practise on me - they have to practise and this way I get paid for a very easy job tbh. And sometimes the fees go up to very good amounts :)
