Anyone done the coffee demonstrations? Are they as complicated as they look?

I didn't find them that complicated. They're usually pretty good and they tell you all you need to know and make you a drink

Hope you managed to do it ok without being discovered!

I did! It's a huge supermarket and I was in there doing something else for another company, so I managed to tag it on the end. And I was alone with no distractions :D

I did manage to break the self scan till though :o I bought four new bras and had scanned three then the till went back to the home screen, so I pressed start and instead of three bra's at £6 each, it said I had a book costing £3.50?! Had to get the lady to come over and she moved me onto the next one. She fiddled about with it and then stuck an out of order sign on it :o:rotfl:
Back to actual MS-ing, how does everyone keep track of the profits/loss/income? I noticed on one of the previous threads that there were some programmes listed but I don't really want to be paying out for one.

I just built my own personal spreadsheet and I can record money coming in and going out, miles done, jobs completed and pay dates etc. It's just whatever system works best for you really.
Here I go again on my own....

Just had a pizza visit rejected by RE/MF on the grounds my store front picture wasn't good enough. The picture was absolutely fine showing that I had indeed visited the correct location. Anybody had any luck when sending them a complaining email?

Which one was it? I have Gloucester Road and a (not great but it's been accepted in the past) Parkway one you're welcome to borrow.

Have done Gloucester Road before whilst at uni (never seen Parkway pop up). However, this one was back at home in Devizes.

One moronic proof reader accused me of placing an incorrect bet. I wasn't letting her get the better of me, i've been gambling for nearly 20 years and know what I am doing. After a curt response to her the assignment was passed and they paid, didn't even lose any points, not that they mean anything.
Just remember the proofreaders are just a bunch of poorly paid jobsworths out to make our lives a misery. Screw them at any opportunity.

I'd give the person at MF a call, they are usually very helpful. The contact details will be on the paperwork.

Yep, I was going to say the same. Go over the proofreaders head and email or phone the allocator whose name is on the paperwork. Photos which appear fine do often end up their end blurred. I've had to re-send receipts countless times. Tell them you will email the photo if they want.

Oooh I forgot it was Easter holidays! Not sure why though, it's been nice to get to work in 10 mins instead of 30! Hope the revising is going well!

I've a spreadsheet I've developed if you want to take a look at it, works for me and an extra pair of eyes to give it a test before I offer it to many others would be good.

    Just PM an email addy.

I'm afraid neither of my eyes are very good right now :p;) Sorry if I don't laugh I would cry!
Will send my addy in a sec :) Thanks

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Interesting one today where the shop didn't stock the t-shirt brands I was to enquire about today.....think the reports need updated as it made a section completely pointless to fill in!
