If you're a student on a low income then you really should fill out a HC1 form so that you can get a HC2 certificate entitling you to free NHS prescriptions and eye tests etc. I had one, saved me loads of money!
How would they class if I was on a low income? As if its an assessment of my parents then I dont think I would class as low but if assessed on my own I guess I would.0 -
