i have just read what was said yesterday and think it was disgusting and unproffessional. what part of you all thought it was acceptable to look up someone and comment on her appearance/partner etc... it has nothing to do with the job etc... and to poke fun was out of order :(
Got to agree...very un profesional and not needed on here

Dunno what has happened to MF, had a mountain bookies with a decent sized bet, a fee that wasn't too bad and now I come to do the report it is one page long with no daft questions. On top of that I backed a winner :-D

In fact, in comparing quotes today I'm finding that it's costing me LESS now I'm part-time self-employed with business use than it did last year when I wasn't working at all and seeking quotes for social use only. Insurance companies are weird. :rotfl:

I suppose they think if you're relying on your car more, in order to go to and from places of work (particularly being self-employed and not always going to the same location and using the same roads), then you'll be more careful. A bit like how only having third party insurance means you don't really care about your car but having comprehensive means you're careful and responsible.

well i don't think I was rude about anyone, and as for discussing someone, tns /esa staff get called chimps/monkeys/insulted worse all the time which wasn't the case here. references to a partner were people looking at the wrong person.
ok some one personally was linked to it and can see that is a little difference, but i think many were genuinely interested to put faces to names, something which doesnt happen very often in this industry (unfortunately). If it had been women discussing how attractive a male staff member was I wonder if things would have got the same response...

    any how back on topic

major annoyance with a massive project in my inbox which could have led me to sorting out some urgent well paid quick work for 10+ people here around the uk to 30 minutes later the client cancelling the whole project...grrr why oh why

    never mind.

mf still not got back to me yet either

I've never asked this before - but I'm stumped. I cannot pass the gfk camera brand test! Anyone able to enlighten/ PM me?

I agreed to do a been let down visit, and I don't want to let them down. I swear I've tried every reasonable permutation. Including the question that isn't answered on the brief.

    Question for you iPad users-

Is it possible to upload a photo directly into Safari using the 'browse' button or not?

I am reading conflicting info and this is pretty important to me seeing it will apply to several MS companies websites (certainly MF and GFK for example). I want to be able to fully complete reports on the go.

I don't mind downloading an app to assist with this, but not interested in Jailbreaking etc. Any help/info appreciated!

Safari no...Icab mobile and lots of other browsers work without a problem.

Not really sure why you would imply you had work for 10+ people off here then. There are lots of us signed with this company so even though it was urgent I can't see why it would not be covered.

Also regardless of what comments you personally made about the episode yesterday you were the one that actually pointed people in the direction of Facebook after correcting MIMIs initial observations. I am sure that people will be identified and pay the price for what was said.
