Thanks for all your insurance job title suggestions. Am off to have a play around with the quotes and see if any of them make it cheaper (I wish!).0

Forgot to say this earlier, I completely agree - I'm probably a bit paranoid about this because of something that happened to my cousin - she had her insurance voided after an accident when she was found to have done 2 days work as a TV runner and not declared it. She was on her way home from day 2 when she had a bump. TV is a bit of a special case, because it's in the list of industries you can't work in if you ever check the "assumptions we have made about you" section of any insurance policy, but still; I've never "forgotten" to tell an insurance company anything since!0

sounds like a lot of work, hope the fee is reflective of the finders fee + work required... though i doubt it0

 Definitely declare it as something.
I used to work in an office for a large company and our scanner broke down. A lady offered to take a few boxes of paperwork to another office and scan it onto the system there, so at least we had some work on the system to be getting on with.
She had an accident on the way and her insurance refused to pay out as she just had normal car insurance for commuting and wasn't insured for travelling in connection with a business. Here I go again on my own....0

To be fair we probably did take things a bit too far yesterday.
 Was funny though :rotfl:
 Back on track:
For car insurance I only tend to do about 6-10 hours MS per month, my main 'job' is a housewife which I list although my insurance does cover to and from place of work so would that count?0

Oh I agree it's a good thing that the buildings aren't just being left empty and abandoned, just sad that so many local pubs are no more
In happier news, I had a nice little win on the machines in a MF bookies today! My luck on them had been getting increasingly worse, so it's good to know that they're not out to get me after all 0 0

i have just read what was said yesterday and think it was disgusting and unproffessional. what part of you all thought it was acceptable to look up someone and comment on her appearance/partner etc... it has nothing to do with the job etc... and to poke fun was out of order :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

No - that just covers you for travelling to a fixed place of work, like travelling to and from the same office/shop/factory each shift.
You need business class 1 cover to cover you for travelling to different places on MS jobs. It's usually free or next to nothing with most policies. Here I go again on my own....0

I added business cover to my policy part way through last year and it didn't cost any extra.
In fact, in comparing quotes today I'm finding that it's costing me LESS now I'm part-time self-employed with business use than it did last year when I wasn't working at all and seeking quotes for social use only. Insurance companies are weird. :rotfl:0
