Thanks angel. I think it was an :A indirectly telling me to stop working too much, currently doing 6 days a week proper work and cramming as much MS as I can!!!0 -
I find the alerts subscription to be somewhat unreliable - sometimes I get emails, sometimes I don't. Doesn't matter whether I'm signed in or not! I always click on the link when I get the emails. Sometimes I get two or three, one for each alert that get posted, even if I hadn't read the first one on the site or in the email!
In other news, does anyone have an email address for the accounts dept of Assosia? Beth is conveniently ignoring my emails, but I would rather like paying soon for jobs I did nearly two months ago and should have been paid for at least a fortnight ago.0 -
Does anyone have a copy of the spreadsheet they could send me please or let me know who I need to mail to get one please
would be very much appreciated

I couldn't believe how quick the promotions went - I got the alert, checked and there was loads on, applied for one up here, got the successful email about 2 minutes later and went back and they had all gone.0 -
:eek: ARRRRRGH :eek: I HATE the MF'ing alerts thing. I did not get a single email today saying an alert had been posted. I've missed out on so much. Rant over.
Did 2 little slappers and 2 big stores for GR and now have 4 bottles of booze. Party at mine :beer: Don't forget to bring some pizza. Wooooooooh!
Wish I could but I'm on the dry till St Paddys Day...I will not remember much of march 17th this year
Anyone doing / done the H&S test mystery shop for GFK?
Is the test worth studying for / difficult to pass? This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -
Feeling very sorry for myself, at the slapper I was queuing for the main tills when someone said to me "if you come with me I'll put those through on the fast lane for you". I thought he was going to take me to the counter where they sell the cigs, that was empty, but he lead me over to the self serves. So I might not get paid because I didn't go through a main checkout, and to add insult to injury the stupid machine bleeped at me on every other item, and I had a massive shop. Oh, and then my bread fell out of the basket of my bike on the way home and a car ran over it. And immediately afterwards my brakes stopped working so I had to push the sodding bike home, laden with shopping that was supposed to be on GR, but now I'm worried I'll be paying for myself. What a day.0

GR are ok with that happening as long as you report it as the MOS putting it through for you at the self service. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

I did it last summer. Whether you feel it's worth studying for depends how interested you are in getting the qualification! The test is mostly common sense to be honest, if you're keen to pass, you might have to learn certain stuff such as what each colour fire extinguisher is good/not good for, and what colour wires serve what purpose in a plug.
I passed the test with no problem, but I'm pretty sure I stood out like a sore thumb, being a nicely-dressed girl in a room with burly blokes in it!
