What the ones that say "this is a competitor visit" on them?

LOL it wasn't just me thinking that then.

I may have missed that bit trying to pick it up on the sly at work.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

I don't mind the electricals too much either. They're usually fairly quick.

While we're on the subject, what are everyone's favourite assignments? I used to like GFK and GR phones, but I think I've done too many now and am a bit bored. My all time favourite must be the GR checkout audits, with GFK quick banks a close second (the longer ones can be painful, though). Following that, I quite like the dining ones as long as the reimbursement is good, and OC bowling. I'm going off the GR clothes shops as I find you have to act fairy unnaturally and they take a while.

Scary! was just thinking about asking people this question as well!

I love the bookies, as there is always the possibility of making more than the fee, GFK Banks are straightforward with no real surprises, And actually quite like the GAP post.

Depending how simple the report is, the JKS concert/gig might well get to the top of the list
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

I love it when you get absolutely shocking service, and you stand there thinking, "You poor, fat, lazy, obnoxious, useless sod, if only you knew."

Aww no I hate them, I feel so bad having to give a bad report in case it falls back on their colleagues too, plus its usually more work on the report too ;).

A question for fellow bankers! Is it possible to pay a bill with a debit card?? Before coming back to MS I always did my banking online, I'm now going into the bank with a cheque to pay my bill, is this the old fashioned way and is it better doing it with a debit card?

Depends on the bill TBH, a large number of utilities, councils and other companies have internet/phone payment options:- Although some orgs will charge you for not settling by Debit Card.

Doesn't your bill specify methods of payment?/

I mean like how you can use your debit card to pay money in at the till can you use your debit card to give them access to your account to pay the bill? I'm just concerned that I might look suspicious if people don't do it with cheques anymore and use their cards :o

I've done it with both methods and they haven't batted an eyelid with either, except to say I could use internet banking for payment instead, rather than go into a branch :rotfl:

Had the best service of the day in my final visit this afternoon. Assistant was massively helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely interested in my needs...... then told me to go home and check online for sale prices on last season's model, and finished with the helpful information that a competitor often had reductions cos they turned their stock over more regularly. I could have quite cheerfully gagged her. :(

Argh why is the TNS sassie site deciding to go slow and not do anything with what I have just entered. Am concerned what I have just entered has gone into some computerised black hole.
