In yesterday's email they asked who needed one. I said I didn't because I still have one from the audio bank jobs so I got a reply saying no problem, I'll get one out to you.
Then this morning's conference call doesn't happen. I logged on in time, held for 15 minutes then gave up.
The email yesterday had all the recipients email addresses disclosed too.

My my my, now that is bad. That's like the tenth time they have given everyone's email out. How bad is that? They have not even apologised for it. Shame on them!0 -

Has anyone received the recording device for the phones on TNS. I'm meant to be doing mine on Friday but have not had it yet! If they think I am going to change the dates AGAIN because they are slack, they have another thing coming. I'm thinking these are probably the last set of visits I am doing for TNS. What an unprofessional company!!!
I was thinking that about them myself mimi, I have had nothing but trouble from them with receipts. I send them and they say they don't receive them yet no one else complains they don't receive my emails! Happens nearly every call I make I now so think I'm going to bin them too, I'm sick of the warnings they give me when it's them!0 -

I must admit TNS have done this 3/4 times to me.
I sent them a message back once and they apologised but it still happened again. Getting rather fed up of it tbh. If every other compnay can get to grips with sending mass email and hiding the addresses why can't they?I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -

I think for me TNS are awful, had so many bad experiences with them from calls, emails and wrong pay.
I know you haven't asked lol but my favourites are the fleece company who can't be named which is a shame coz I think they are great and I like ESA which I'm sure others won't agree with but I do like them lol xx0 -

I don't know about the worst; Just to many runners, but my vote for the best ATM is TERN.
Any company that sends out an email including the phrase "We've already increased the fee but if this is not enough, name your price" five times in the text gets my vote.
Especially since I named my price and got allocated with no fuss.0
