Although just discovered I missed out on two GR jobs - whoever got them got them before the email went out. Ah well....got a Gap supermarket, although slightly annoying as I was in that store earlier on this afternoon and could have done it then!

Were they Torso Shops with an NE postcode? Same happened with me.

Grr. Just had my tns phone. Jobs cancelled as they were set up wrong on sassie and were only meant for select panel, of which it seems I am not a member. So check your emails if you haven't done them before you may be cancelled too.

My god that's really c**p. They are a nice earner too.
Seems as though I got lucky then, I just checked my email and this is what I got...

You have recently applied for some xxxxx visits on the Sassie site. This project was setup incorrectly and would normally only be conducted by a specific panel, but due to........................................ we have decided to accept you for a ‘trial period'
    ............etc etc

mm ok see I rarely do jobs for tns. As the good ones go or fees are low but thought these were OK

have sent them an email in reply...
  • Had my first two shops! One on Saturday one today. The Saturday one (the harder one) lasted 55 minutes... also it didn't help that it made me walk past a clothes shop and buy a dress! (it's lovely though I swear)
The one this morning was much easier. If they keep being this conveniently located I think I'll keep doing it! :)

I was the same when I started, I was spending more than I was making :D

I know what you mean and I felt silly for spending in within literally walking distance of the shop. Nevermind the fact that technically I haven't even received the money!
On the other hand, I think I am onto a winner with this dress, and it was only £1 more expensive than the first mystery shop fee :)

Fair play to TNS, very helpful email from them re cancelled snowed off visits.:)

I don't have space for a chest freezer unfortunately NIM and there is only so much bread I can eat in a day!

Don't you find it goes a bit stale the next day though? I guess it's not so bad with soup, in fact I did have part of the baguette with soup on Saturday. Fresh it is delicious to eat.

Some garlic butter and stick it under the grill the next day - gorgeous!

Yes, I'm going to have to give that a go and the pizza base suggestion Iclose92 made earlier. :-)
  • A nice alternative to garlic bread is to soak slices in olive oil and chilli mixed and make spicy crostinis.
