Milk Protein so even more than lactoseMeans I have to be careful with EVERYTHING! the protein has MSG in it so i've got to be careful how much I have of that and its in everything. We have a lot of home made and made from scratched stuff now because of that but it does mean we eat well

Not suprised you make your own! Hope you made it back to notts ok! I've been hibernating all weekend. Very greatful I didnt have a GR supermarket to do saturday as my local was heaving!! blind panic of folk thinking that we would be cut off from civilization for weeks..
On another note did the wrong torso shop this afternoon! so ended up doing two within 5 minutes of each other! schoolboy error!Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Been busy today
ABAi were fine with me postponing shop from yesterday. Just need to do all the reports (sadly not now but later once children safely in bed).
Quieter day tomorrow thank goodness.0 -
Although just discovered I missed out on two GR jobs - whoever got them got them before the email went out. Ah well....got a Gap supermarket, although slightly annoying as I was in that store earlier on this afternoon and could have done it then!0

Grr. Just had my tns phone. Jobs cancelled as they were set up wrong on sassie and were only meant for select panel, of which it seems I am not a member. So check your emails if you haven't done them before you may be cancelled too.0

I did query it once with them, I just wanted to check that I was eligible for them and I was told that I am and the problem is that they go so quickly.0
