If it is the chain I am thinking of they are a pain in the rear if there is anything in their reports they don't like, they check CCTV to confirm EVERYTHING so just make sure you put what happened.
They aren't the big sunny fork chain. Instead a more !!!!!ish one.

I dont want to seem to be moaning but there just seems to have been of late on here, so many people asking questions that are just fairly straight forward to me and not just from experience but logic following instructions on a brief, it seems that common sense has gone out of the window and ran off with professionalism.
I try and help people I do, but it seems so many people are taking on jobs without even knowing what it is then asking after(merchandising), seeming happy to take silly low or even no fee jobs, asking repeated questions that have just been addressed, not following briefs, messing up on jobs, people who dont read the forum rules, the thread rules.
why cant people research things and find them out for themselves and not expect everything to be handed on a plate. this isnt wikipedia but there is a wealth of information already here, I just wish people would use this forum to learn from the mistakes, knowledge, experience of others before you, who have far more knowledge and experience than most including me. Put that theory in to practice and youll be a far better shopper than reading 25 pages of a brief then panicking and coming here because your not sure what to do.
Im not in any way shape or form perfect nor do I know it all and fully remember what it was like to start out, but with all the above, is it any wonder that companies are offering low fees if they are having to deal with the above. maybe its just a new year thing and a lot of people have jumped on the bandwagon thinking its an easy job to earn money.
For many people it is that, a job, not a hobby and it is at risk from the few who seem unknowingly to be spoiling it for the rest. I hope for those not keen to make really make it like all the eager gym signups every jan, come the end of Feb, the novelty has worn off....
any how, maybe time for some chocolate and a chill out...0 -
At the risk of incurring the wrath of Whitelabel.
Baguette travel shop in Warrington.
I forgot to look
Does anybody happen to know whats to the right of the store?
It's not on streetview because it's in a pedestrianised area.
Aaaarghh...help!

Damn, I was doing the baguette bank a couple of weeks ago and all I know is the travel shop was to the right of that. Find out the shop number for the bank and the travel shops, work out what the shop number would be for the one next to it, google the address and find out what it is and then ring it up and say "Hi, can you tell me where you exactly are? Are you next to the travel shop?" Or, if that fails I'd ring the travel shop and ask the same thing.0 -
And learn for next time to both look and take a photo/ voice memo on phone of every job you do whether brief asks or not, that way you always have the info if needed...0

Anyone work for Retail Active? It's my first job for them and they have asked me for specific times. Do we have to be on the nail or do a few minutes either side matter? I have never encountered an exact time before, it's usually between certain times.0
