Talking of eBay is anyone having problems with it tonight? Was fine earlier, I bought some items, just tried to log in again and it didnt recognise my password ... followed the links to change it and got confirmation email that I'd done so ... still can't log in ... and now it's telling me my username is invalid!
I'm now waiting to "talk" to someone on the online chat helpdesk, currently telling me there is a 35 minute wait to talk to someone - this makes me think lots of people may be having problems tonight? We’ve had to remove your signature. Hi everyone,
I've received a brief for a shop visit. I've noticed there are quite a few instances of picking up items and looking around for assistance, - do you guys just use your initiative on what to ask about if an assistant approaches? This isn't outlined in detail like the other scenario's in the brief, but considering I'd have to do this, I'm not sure what I'm going to enquire about (if you see what I mean).
This is a toy store, whereas if it were a clothes store I probably could think of several things to ask about,
thanks

ahh right ok, you see wouldn't have thought of that. This is my first brief and I don't often shop for toys, lol
many thanks!

Baguette shop questionnaire:
Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I've only ever done one of these before, and that was a good few months back. There are two questions asking for a comment on my overall impression of the store. Can I basically copy and paste what I write in the first box to the second, or are they looking for slightly different things in each answer?
Thanks in advance!0 -

Sorry for the long post but I have an interesting scenario which I need some help with.
I have just finished an RE visit to a chain pub where I had to do a food and drink visit. I quite often visit this pub with my University hockey team so when I saw it pop up I thought it would be ideal.
Anyway everything in the visit was fine and running smoothly until I went to visit the toilets. Upon entry I could see there was sick over the floor in one of the cubicles from where one of my team mates had puked (too many shandys). Soon after one of the bar staff came up to clean the mess up aiding my fellow team mate.
I'm not sure how to report back to RE as i'm sure the proof readers will go wild. I'm not sure whether to be honest and say that it was one of my party that had caused the mess; and had I visited earlier all would have been fine. Or comment on the situation as a regular member of joe public who I guess would say the toilets were disgusting although staff were handling the situation. I think if I were to say it was a member of my group it would become quite obvious that it was I conducting the visit; which isn't ideal as I quite often visit the pub.
Help please.....0 -

I'm having the same problems - am going round in circles trying to get in touch with anyone as seem to need to log in to "speak" to someone. Am going to leave it for tonight I think.0
