Please help me with this.
Today i received two identical letters from some ISP called freeola.com
i have never heard of them or signed up to anything or given bank details or anything to anyone called freeola.
The letter states my account is now open and says they have taken the first monthly payment of £7.05 (they haven't yet)
Whats more if i want to phone them its an 0871 number.
I have googled the name and they 'seem' real.

Who are they and what have they done to me.

Very interesting. Sounds like a mistake.
Freeola are a real isp (Visp).
In fact they are an Entanet re-seller, perhaps you've heard of them?

So you could ask them directly what their game is
