Been with ONETEL since before the takeover by TALK TALK and to be honest with you i,ve never had one dropped connection or any hassle whatsoever with them.Decided tonight to try to call their bluff and see if i could get a price reduction.I,m on the package that includes 2MB BB(unlimited) and Unlimited Telephone package @ 29.99 per month.Spoke to a nice Indian fella in Disconnections and asked if he could provide me with my MAC code,he asked why and i told him i,d checked out SKY,s offer and had decided to leave ONETEL for financial reasons.Firstly he offered me the 19.99 TALK TALK deal which i turned down and told him i wouldnt touch that with a bargepole,guy even sniggered when i told him.He then offered me the service i,m already on for 14.99(10 pound BB and 4.99 Umlimited calls) for 1 year with no tie ins,snapped his hand off cos like i said the service has been brilliant.Chuffed as hell so anyone else left on the old ONETEL BB service give them a call cos it was the easiest thingl i,ve ever done to get a discount.THe Indian fella took the bait like one of them fish you see in a fish farm,lovelly jubbly,good fishing guys.
