reciept of my 1st cashback claim ? signed for on the 25th of January (by special delivery). For those who have been successfull (not many I know) when did you get that all important text ?

4 claims sent on the 26th, acknowledged on the 3rd and the cheques are on my doorstep today!

Oh and as Royal Mail failed to obtain signatures for these claims, Il be getting a crap load of free stamps too

No Sig for me either, interested in the freebie stamps !, so how's that work ?

I sent my first chequeback docs on 25th January 2006.

I received a text on 26th.

Another text received on 27th.

Received my first cheque today 10th Feb.

I sent to cpw special delivery on 18th Jan. Received a txt on 20th. cheque arrived on 2nd Feb.

Ring royal mail and explain to them whats happened, i.e. its been received but no signature was obtained. Depending on who you speak to, they should either say okey doke we'll send you some free stamps, or they'l tell you to fill in a form first before they send you the stamps (available from the post office).

Ive been doing this every time for the past year now, saves stamp money. Plus you should, you payed for a recorded service which you did not get, you should be entitled to that money back!

docs sent recorded 1st class on 2nd feb (as usual no signature from royal mail) - text confirming receipt and successful claim on 8th feb - says cheque in 30 days

I've always got my cashback from e2save but on more than one occasion I haven't received an acknowledgement text. I wouldn't worry about it - just leave it a few weeks and see what happens.
