Agreed - it's a blessed relief isn't it? In fact I stayed there nearly a week just because it was so nice. Every day I would just walk around the tea plantations, eat dahl and roti chanai (the best bread in the world) and talk to people in the evenings.
Penang isn't even so bad, being by the sea. I remember driving around the main peninsular in a non-airconditioned car and feeling the heat - dreadful. Could never sleep.

Jungle fringed deserted beach, but for a young beautiful, bronzed ,couple frolicking in the shallow,azure coloured shallow sea as the bright yellow sun setting, gradually turns the clear sky a light hazy orange.
