faulty mobile phone

i purchased an lg optimus 2x bk in may its been sent off for repair 3 times with the same fault they r now offering me a new phone but dont have the same one. I dont like any of the phones they r offering me where do i stand as i am paying for a phone i cant use i have offered to pay the difference for an upgrade but they have said no. They have offered me Samsung i9000 which has a rubbish camera compared to mine htc desire heard nothing but bad reviews and LG black which again has bad camera all these r available on £20 contract and i pay £30 for mine. Hope someone can help

Legally they only have to offer you a repair or replacement, however it's their choice not yours as long as the replacment is of equil or better specification.

Your choice is accept what they offer or keep the broken phone and try and get it repaired by LG direct.
