My kids regularly have to pay DH's wages into our joint account using my card as I end up having to do it on a day when I have no time so I end up dumping them out of the car and going around the block until they're out.
They've never needed a pin number or anything they just go in with the cheque and come out with the slip. Same as I did when I was little!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
Thanks everyone. To save the hassle, i have just decided to allow him to use my money thats already in there, then pay me back with his money. Saves all the hassle!
I was wondering why you wouldn't just do this, unless you had no money in your account to cover the payment of course.0 -
you can pay in at the post office for some banksMad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!

(Is it bad that there isn't a cat in hell's chance of me giving my son my pin?)
I wouldn't even give my OH my PIN, and I trust him absolutely.
The terms and conditions of all bank accounts say that you must never disclose your PIN to anyone else. If you do, and the bank finds out, then you'll likely be stuffed if money is fraudulently withdrawn from your account - even if the withdrawal has absolutely nothing to do with the person you gave the PIN to.0
