just an update: bought the titan sds drill from screwfix and it worked like a dream. It's a bit heavier than my old drill but boy does it do the job. Managed to get all my 10 bookshelves, 4 big mirrors and 5 large pictures up over the weekend. I'm well pleased. Would def recommend it. Thanks to all who gave useful advice

I am a fan of Screwfix and have been for many years, but more recently turn to ToolStation as they are marginally cheaper and offer free delivery over £10.0
