Transferring ISA before interest has been paid

I've had money in a Santander Flexible ISA since 12/02/11, and the interest rate is due to drop next month so I've started to think about transferring it somewhere better.
One rookie query though: so far, I've not been paid any of the interest that's been earned, as it's paid annually not monthly. If I transferred the ISA tomorrow, would Santander calculate the interest owed and send that to the new bank along with my savings? Or do I need to wait until after the interest has been paid *then* transfer it?
Cheers

Yes they would if you transfer the whole account. If you transfer part, then no.0
