Missing parcel but cant find phone number to contact company!!!

I ordered my daughter 2 dresses from BOOHOO.COM after seeing a thread on here about sale items on 24th December, the dresses never arrived. after going on boohoo website the dresses were despatched on 24th December and were received at Hermes couriers 24th December that is the last of the tracking i can find. i cant find a telephone number for Boohoo only contactable via email, i have sent 5 emails to them and not received any replies. I have also contact Hermes who have sent automated email back that i have to take this up with boohoo and not themselves

I have just gone on my account at boohoo again and there is a note on my account to say this order has now been closed!!!

I cant believe the company have not responded to any of my emails sent through to their customer services address. they were for my daughters birthday next Tuesday, :mad:

Well just rung the number and it says the number is no longer in use and to contact via customer services email, dont know what to do now, any ideas?

BooHoo do not seem to have a good reputation on here. Their lack of accessibility does them no favours at all. In fact I am pretty sure that there is something in the DSRs or other legislation (?) that says they must have a telephone number.

The fact that they received an order and had it dispatched and arrived with the courier, all on the same day, would have worried me.

There's no legal requirement for a telephone number to be provided. All they have to give for contact details is an e-mail and their trading address.

just logged on to trustpilot and left a scathing review and have now received an email from boohoo apologising and saying they will refund my money, not sure if this is a pure coincidence or not but seems strange i have been emailing them for 2 weeks and got a reply within 30 mins of leaving review on site
