My guess is that Trading Standards will advise you to send a Letter Before Action and then to submit a claim to the Small Claims Court (online).
I am not an expert in how you can enforce the court's decision should you win.0 -
It would be the Trading Standard depart in the area your firm is based. TS offer advice only, and will do nothing more than (perhaps) sent a letter or advise they have had other complaints. As grumbler states, if you raise court action and win, there is still no guarantee of any payment should the firm skip or be a Ltd company.0
