Well done on any wins i've missed

No wins here but the postman brought 4 letters from the taxman that comes out with a lovely tax refund for me across 4 different tax years, I thought i was due a return last yr but didn't happen and I just forgot about it and a lovely cheque is now in my hands and in perfect time.

We will now really enjoy our weekend away in a few weeks without worrying if we can afford this n that....won't throw it away but will have some nice days out and eat out couple times more then if we didn't have it.

Will be handy to pay car tax next month and the water bill is due, all the things that mount up and make ya go ahhhhhh

I shall have a wall to the bank with LO when he wakes from his nap and put that in today, prob be after 3 he wakes so be mid next week it's in but in loads of time for hols

Thanks it's going to be a massive help for us, I'm going to treat myself to something but not sure what yet, well it is money I earn't taken when they shouldn't of lol

Might look into how much little kicker lessons would be for LO, he's started to place the ball and step back so he can run up to it and kick it....so proud of him already

Evening all, I've had a nice day out today with a friend, lunch and a bit of shopping. Bought a nice jumper in the M and S sale reduced to £12.
Still no further with my new car so I'm very jealous, Sheils. Basically they sold me a dud and are trying to find me something to replace it. I've still got a courtesy car till they do. The other option was for them to give me my money back, but then obviously I'd have had no car!

I put my review for the Pink Hotel on last night as started reading it Monday night and finished it yesterday so not too bad going. Have to read them quickly as so many to get through at moment not complaining though... Love a book arriving through the letter box

A quick hello from me :wave: had another dreadful migraine so not been comping today. Seems every Friday now I get one!
I just checked fb and read about the missed calls with appliance online. Hubby answered call just after 5pm and said I wasn't in while I was laid up with migraine I just hope it wasn't them calling! Anyway I heard someone called Sheila won and was hoping it was our lovely Sheils? You deserve to win if it was after your cooker and car breaking down!
