do u need planning permission to knock an internal wall down?

    In "floyds" defence, a lot of people dont know the difference between planning and building regs, understandable really as if you have not had to find out about them, why would you know there is a difference.

    However, yes, the statement that planning permission is required to remove a load bearing wall is incorrect (presuming building is not listed).
