I notice question of the week this week said that you have full statutory rights when buying from Amazon Market Place sellers. However, if such a trader refuses to honour your consumer rights, Amazon will not provide their contact details, so you cannot pursue them. I took this issue up with Trading Standards, but apart…

Can't remember exactly what process I went through, but they did call me to tell me they weren't going to help me once, so I think it was probably their dispute process.
