Whats the second cheapest mobile PAYG deal to giffgaff?

I've been a big supporter of giffgaff since I joined. However, now from what people are saying on the forums the agents' are taking longer and longer to answer enquiries and people are having more and more problems with porting etc. Probably because giffgaff is growing fast and the current staff are finding it hard to cope.

Its true that given other companies underhanded tactics to stop people from joining giffgaff, these could be false complaints, but even so if the tide should turn I'd like to know who the next cheapest payg deal is.

I've seen talkmobile at 8p/min and 4p/text, but they have no inclusive minutes/texts. Are there any other sim-only deals as good as this?

Giffgaff is the cheapest only if you need unlimited both downloads and texts.
There are many sim-only deals around, but it is impossible to compare them without taking the actual requirements for the airtime into account.
