You voted in your thousands for the company with Britain’s shoddiest customer service in 2011 and the winner for the second year running is TalkTalk.

TalkTalk became the first company to win Money Mail’s Wooden Spoon Award in consecutive years. In the past, a winner has taken the wooden spoon as a wake-up call and improved its customer service.

    Yet people still go with them despite their reputation, and the numerous bad reports about them on the internet. :shocked:

    I wouldn't advise anyone to go with TalkTalk:(

    I got moved over to TT from Tiscali....and they still offer me the cheapest deal.

    I keep losing my internet connection despite having contacted them.:mad:...it's been going off every few minutes today and I'd be surprised if this even posts!

    When I can get online I've been looking at the current deals which all work out more than I pay now:( but they also say I need a BT landline. My landline is with TalkTalk....How easy is it for me to switch to BT or is that automatic if I change my provider? And will they charge?

    Hope someone can help please.
