We've seen some flast in Morden and South Wimbledon yesterday and we liked the former better than the latter because of nearer transport links and more shops. we are also considering Colliers Wood now and also Tooting area.
Yes i work in Guy's Hospital so i can just take the northern line.
but now, we are thinking of just moving out after the Olympics where (we think) is wiser presuming the prices of last to let/rent would be going down. or what do you think guys?0 -
Went to see properties in Collier's Wood and compared to Morden, South Wimbledon and places we've researched on Tooting it has been by far the best place we've seen.
The place has a special feel to it. especially the big Sainsbury's, M&S, Burger King and the other shops there. It is still along the Norther Line route so its ok.
so, what do you guys think of Colliers Wood?0
