Vodafone Upgrades / Problems

Hi,

Just wondered if people have had any problems when trying to upgrade/renew there contract with Vodafone?

Have been with vodafone on contract since 2006 and never had any issues til now.

Current plan details are 900 anytime minutes, unlimited texts (capped to 3000 i believe) and 500MB data allowance - i get this for £20.50 per month.

Tried to upgrade via my online account as it advises me i'm passed my upgrade date but to stay on the same deal above they are wantiong to up the cost to £26 per month! - the only other alternative is to take a drop in my minutes allowance and then they will offer me a £17.50 monthly tariff.

Not wanting to change networks really but feeling not having much option at present.

Anyone else on the forum had this experience with Vodafone?
