you making sence but you need to make sure you hve accounted for hat you need to pay the family members or you wouldnt be able to afford the payment on top of your expenses and your dmp payment.
oes that make sence? We have put in our statement of affairs to cccs that we owe family members, I spoke to them as it isnt my debt i can therefore still pay them their payments...
The reason for not getting the faily debts in this planis because they are all retired and wont be able to afford to pay the payments themselves, and as they are not my debts cccs cant account for them..
Am i aking sense or am i waffling ??0 -
Yes all accounted for, its in my budget. Seems a little bit better since spoken to cccs, as its family debts and not mine. should be sorted onwards and upwards,
1 dilemma struggling with a bank account, rejected by a few. need to speak to coop about the 1 everyone is on about“Whenever you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure you know exactly what it is you want. No one can hit their target with their eyes closed.”

No ur making sensehaving looked at ur soa can see that family members/friends took loans out in their own names but for you, rather than family lent their money to u as may first look... can fully understand these will have to be paid monthly in full so not to be detrimental to those that took it out for you. Only issue i can see is regarding ur income/expenditure form as there will be £400-£500 showing as awol if that makes sense cccs may be able to slightly juggle income/expenditure although not sure of theyd be able to do so this much best just to explain all to them and see what they say.... on the plus side tho none of these loans will be showing on ur own credit report so will not be visable to any other creditors so no danger of them seeing loans being paid monthly in full so been given preferential treatment
i would agree tho main priority is not to fall behind/make lower payments on any of these loans x good luck

is the secured loan over 6 years old? with regards to the flm loan i would advise to treat this as the same as other loans family members have taken out for u and not include , as soon as u miss/make lower payment on this loan they will take from your brother in law as he is the guarantorLBM April 2012.... Just a thot .... are all the loans/credit in joint names?? if the majority is in ur own name ie not including those taken by family etc... would it be worth while setting up the dmp in just ur name therefore not including partners income this would alleviate the issue with x amount having to be set aside for paying the family loans??LBM April 2012.... I'm probably a bit late in posting this (my email alerts stopped working!) but I just wanted to mention that I had been holding off sending my DMP off because I didn't have up to date statements from all of my creditors and the DMP said I needed to post these with the DD form and agreement. Some of the accounts were online and our loan only sends statements annually. Anyway I emailed CCCS and they have just replied saying they are not needed. They just need the outstanding balance and the account numbers. They can also put the DMP on hold for up to 6 weeks while we set up our new bank account and send letters to our creditors. Hope this info is helpful to others just starting out.0

Hi Matty
Without meaning to sound rude it seems you are yet to to finsh having the lightbulb moment! Perhaps you could do with deferring start of the DMP, send tokens of £1 for two or three months so you can be paying your family and getting to grips with what you owe and to whom.
Does that help?

Ohhhhhh Mannnnn, I cant wait until this is set up and finally ready to start, I think I might be able to sleep at night then...
***UPDATE***
spoken to provident and they seemed ok about it on the phone, just awaiting a verbal attack from the agent now..“Whenever you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure you know exactly what it is you want. No one can hit their target with their eyes closed.”
