  • Well if there is no other debt with Lloyds TSB or any of the assocaited banks, at least that means you don't get all the hassle of changing bank account :)

It's all a bit of an emotional roller coaster at first but the sleep does return and when we saw the first payments going to our creditors and actually making a difference to our debts, I smiled and meant it for the first time in ages :T

also my hubby sometimes gets the chnace of overtime so his weekly pay will be a bit higher than basic can i just report this to cccs or am i suppossed to do an average over the month?

    Hi and welcome

Put the last statements you have for Natwest and RBS in. It shouldnt stop it going ahead. I didn't have all mine.

Re overtime, just declare the basic as not guaranteed.

Can't you print them from online banking? A few of ours were paperless and CCCS were happy to accept a printed online statement :)

  • I recommend the Co-op but make sure there are no links to any debts.

Hey Matty, welcome to DMP land. Can I ask why you need to change banks now? If your car is on HP you have to keep these payments up and it can't go in the DMP. Have you got other debts with your bank?
