Maybe they've just run out of time ?

I think they were told to pull their finger out and havent read some of the comps just to clear their backlog. I am hopeing someone internal will spot this. I will be calling work on monday:mad:

I got my sift scores from S.Yorks yesterday - pretty bad ones too.

I'm not sure what you mean by only filling in the one competency?

Its not just us. I have had PMs from others about this but I am not going to say names because that wouldnt be fair

Well done you,:j fingers crossed for me. What did you score in the online test dont know if they look at both of them before you get an interview.

Only got my sift scores today and you got yours back last week so maybe they are looking at them in date they sifted. I sooo hope i have got an interview. Did you get the interview on cs website or personal email

Can anyone shed some light on what it might mean that my competency scores have not been put up and it still says 'awaiting review on the website' BUT I've been invited for interview.

Does this mean they haven't been looked at?

Hey have u clicked on feedback at the bottom left of the screen scores are in there

I accept your opinion but from what I saw from the one's I read last night, people weren't selling themselves. You only have 200 words to write a situation from the start to the end telling them exactly what YOU did. My example used 'I' 13 times in it.
I do agree that for someone to get 7 in one district and 2 in another for the same example is absurd! I can only imagine that it must boil down to the person marking the competencies.
