Re the washing basket issue:
My basket is in our airing cupboard, and I have a small plastic bag (one of the small John Lewis / M&S sized ones). why not let the cloths dry naturally then store them in a separate bag until you're ready to wash them?
And if you wash them at 60˚ too, then it'll be super clean....I like my coffee black, just like my metal!

Which is why I boil mine every now and then - bring them back up nice and white. I do use the same saucepan I use for cooking the spuds - though not at the same time :rotfl:0 -
I don't get the issue with the cloths either
No laundry basket yet, so mine get used, dried on the towel rail and then chucked on the floor with the towels till I have a space for a hot wash. Easy:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5

But it's so much easier to find everything when it's all on the floor:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5

You must have gone to the same domestic school as my wife!! Its like an obstacle course sometimes and a bit of a mystery tour trying to find the clean clothes in the house. Do all women need to spread the clothes in every room to dry them?
:money:
We only need to do it when the men have the beds covered with wet towels :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Errr, nope. I'm responsible for wet towels on beds too.
Have recently moved and had a sort out of clothes. I now only have the absolute essentials and they are hanging in wardrobes instead of on the floor. :A
That's 4 massive wardrobes :eek::A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5
