Orange - Do they cut prices?
Hi all,
Has anyone has any luck with orange reducing their prices when you bring it to their attention that you are in financial hardship? I am locked into a contract until around June 2012 and just wondered if they would be willing to help? I would be really greatful to hear of any positive/negative experiences you have had before I call them.
Thanks

No, because (to be blunt) if they did every single customer would be making the same claim. You might be able to downgrade, but it's unlikely with 6m still to run.
Death or bankruptcy are the only failsafe ways to void your contract without penalty. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Have you had a best plan review? They do this every 6 months to check that you are on the best tariff for your usage. Usually they automatically contact you about it, sometimes though you do have to give them a kick up the bum. If you're on an iphone tariff though, I doubt you'll get anything.Clean credit file:12 mthsCar loan: FREE! :jTHE PLAN: 1.Pay off debt £8808.42(£3254.45, £1570.32, £2698.33, £0:dance:, £1000, £285.32) 2.Save monthly for Christmas/insurance etc £150 per month 3.Save for emergencies /£1500 4.Save for our B&B £????depends which one takes our fancy0
