Thanks all very much for your advice. You all seem to be very positive that I do not need to concern myself with the letters I have received.

I realise this is a silly question, but I am assuming there is no guarantee that this will not go to court?

The fact that I have acknowledged the letters, will this go against me?

Again any advice would be much appreciated.

I don't believe that APCOA do court ..they make enough money without bothering.
I have had five (yes 5) of these all at Luton Airport in less than a year and all that happens is the usual threatening letters which if ignored just fizzle out ..

They don't do court because they know they would be laughed out of the court-room demanding contractual penalties.

Think about it for a minute, if they had a winnable case in court then they would have issued court papers by now and taken you to court for the money.
