    Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981
    The offence of forgery:
A person is guilty of forgery if he makes a false instrument, with the intention that he or another shall use it to induce somebody to accept it as genuine, and by reason of so accepting it to do or not to do some act to his own or any other person’s prejudice.

Not one jot of which has been shown to be the case here yet. Kat has suffered no loss or prejudice, there is no fraud, and there is no proof of intent of anything. Nor is there any certain proof of who allegedly did this. Until there is then no criminal offence has been committed.
