Ask to see the contract and are you in a union?0

I've seen the contract, and it's definitely not my signature, the team leader brought it out yesterday, and I am in the union0
-
were you given contract before new hours came into force?
why did you not sign it ?
have you been doing new hours?
perhaps if you were to give a little more information we could help

Also, how long have you worked for the company and are you happy to work the new hours or not ?
Although it goes against my natural instinct (and others will disagree), if you have been employed for less than 12 months and you are happy to work the new hours anyway then I would possibly be inclined to let it go (but obviously keep a keen eye in the future to ensure that this does not happen again).
On the other hand, if you have been employed for more than 12 months and do not want to work the new hours then you need to speak to your Union (in the meantime avoid discussing this with your colleagues .......).0 -
Worked there 5 years. Offered to "Help" with the extra hours as overtime until they find someone more permanent. And no. I've never seen the contract before. Is that enough information, or do you need more?0

Go to the manager's boss. If the he/she back's up the manager then take it to some authority outside of the the place you work such as the union, solicitor, MP etc. Forgery is a serious business and it is irrellevant whether you would have agreed to the new contract or not.0

how do you know who signed it, you claim it to be your manager but on what grounds if your going ot start a greivance procedure your going to need to be sure of your facts.
what does the new contract actually say and how does it affect you in terms of what your doing now ?
you said you offered to help to do these extra hours but are you part time /fulltime , how many extra hours are there , ?

Yes. She filled out the rest of the form, and I recognised her handwriting, as did the team leader. It changes 2 shifts per week, from 4 hours on 1 day to 8 hours, and then another day it adds an extra 3 hours. I'm part-time as I'm a student. It adds an extra 7hrs per week.0

there are as i see it 2 issues here
the new hours ..... which you either agree to or do not but based on your suggestion you have been working them it suggest you agree
and the signing of a new contract , this i suggest you speak to your manager about and then if your response is not satisfactroy then you should start a greiveance
