No problem Russ. I hope they get the right solution for them.

I would really still recommended the same thing, look on the manufacturers websites to find local dealers.

If a customer walked in our shop asking for a gas oven and hob then as a kitchen and appliance specialist I would ask more questions to get to the bottom of what they really need then show them what I would think to be the appropriate appliances for them.

ok - indies it will be then!
The two major points were:
double oven - she doesn't like not having a seperate grill
fan oven - she doesn't like uneven heat (cooks too much one side apparently.. no idea what she's on about ;-))

I suppose the other big point is budget - everything you're suggesting is obvoiusly top end manufacturers - I know you get what you pay for but money is money!!

I may sell her my Cannon
