Help me get a picture message please

Hi, I have a motorola v235 on virgin. I have just been sent a picture message but my phone isnt set up for this, ive tried to get the picure on the virgin website but cant get it to work. I followed the instructions to get my phone set up for this but when i go into browser messages it says update is required, when i press install it says enter authentication, what do I enter? I havent got any pin numbers that I am aware of. (Cant you tell I havent got a clue about mobiles) Thankyou.

When you get the settings sent to you, the site should give you a code to type into your phone, so it can accept the settings.

Alternatively, you could manually enter the settings yourself. You will then need to send a picture message to activate the service.
