check out o2, they have an online SIM only offer. At the moment its double minutes and texts.

2000 mins and 1000 texts for £25. But it is evenings and weekends.

You may need to look at three. They offer 750 mins on a refurbished handset for around £15 and you can get £100 through quidco.
