We've always agreed deals RPI+,we've just been offered 5.5%,but if we accept,we waive the right to any future pay claims using RPI.

Yep,they also tabled single time for being called in for sickness cover,but the reps walked out as they were there to discuss a wage claim.
People are leaving as they just dont feel secure or trust whats being said,the lies are already starting.

All of my payrises are Performance related ..... nothing to do with CPI, RPI, or any such old 1970's bollox.
I seem to remember I got 6%+ last June ..... not too great in all honesty! 40% of it goes straight to the unemployed Chavs .. so, that's OK then!Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
