Payrise,gonna be interesting....

We've always agreed deals RPI+,we've just been offered 5.5%,but if we accept,we waive the right to any future pay claims using RPI.

Its going to a vote which i suspect will be black balled.

Thanks will let you know the outcome:cool:,we've already seen an erosion of our pension.
The crux of the matter is the removal of RPI.

Shame you don't have a powerful decent union to look out for you & protect your interests...
It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

What powerful unions are they? oh you mean the ones that are on a two year pay freeze and seeing their pensions badly eroded, come to think of it 5.5% private sector seems pretty good. ess0two, is your place starting to look more like Bangalore? I heard a whiff that they are looking to unload already, probably just malicious rumour icon8.gif

Yep,they also tabled single time for being called in for sickness cover, but the reps walked out as they were there to discuss a wage claim.

People are leaving as they just dont feel secure or trust whats being said, the lies are already starting.

The chief exec of the company has had to step down due to being involved in some telecoms scam.

All of my payrises are Performance related ..... nothing to do with CPI, RPI, or any such old 1970's bollox.

I seem to remember I got 6%+ last June ..... not too great in all honesty! 40% of it goes straight to the unemployed Chavs .. so, that's OK then!

How would that work then? Surely you could just make a future claim of x+y% were x = rpi?

The current deal guarantees a payrise each year, its based on RPI+ figure,we waive that and next year we get sweet fa.
