Is there much margin in refining at the moment? DO they tend to ship refined prodcts or is it prohibitively expensive? Obviously there is a lot of sunk capital cost so they are unlikely to close down overnight if wages are uncompetitive bt investment can go elsewhere. I guess a weak pound helps make staff seem cheap?I think....0
