    Can they offshore if you price yourselves out? How much has the co put their prices up to their customers?

    I'm in an oil refinery,it always suited the co when rpi was low.

    Is there much margin in refining at the moment? DO they tend to ship refined prodcts or is it prohibitively expensive? Obviously there is a lot of sunk capital cost so they are unlikely to close down overnight if wages are uncompetitive bt investment can go elsewhere. I guess a weak pound helps make staff seem cheap?

    Yes understand what happens if you vote yes. What happens if the pay deal is rejected?
