How long for a response from Vodafone Web Relations Team?

[STRIKE]Does anyone know how long the current wait is for an email response from Vodafone's web relations team?
I originally emailed them on the 30th December, and received a response on the 3rd January, however the response I received asked for some further information, which I supplied immediately on the 3rd January - that is now almost a week ago and I have heard nothing else.[/STRIKE]
EDIT - have now received a call back from them.
