Can i open a direct isa with £2000 CASH deposit at my local post office .or do i need to put the money into a bank account first .?

This one is direct, so you have to deal direct with NSandI and only bacs/debit card payments allowed.
The lower paying one allows you to pay in cash at the post office.0 -
